Red, Yellow or Green?

Look at your calendar for the past month. Color code the calendar according to the people you found yourself around the past month. Color them in this way:

Red: These are the people in your life who are the negative people. The people that things are always happening "to them," not "for them." They always have something to complain about. They don't motivate you. In fact, they may even bring you down.

Yellow: These are the people that don't add to you or take away from you. They don't hurt you or help you. They won't block you, but they won't help you to pursue your dreams.

Green: These are the people that motivate you, grow you, inspire you. They are growing and they want to help you grow too...they make you want to be better and do more than you are doing now.

Now that you have color coded your calendar for the past 30 days, how many days have you spent with people that are in the green category?

If a majority of your time isn't around people in the green category, change that today. Be intentional about surrounding yourself by those that are green in your life. You can love the red people, but you don't have to spend time with them. Put yourself in a growth environment, INTENTIONALLY.

I want to personally thank Chris Robinson for this amazing message today. IMC rocks.
